What the role involves

Floating Support Workers step in where they’re most needed, working across different homes depending on operational needs. Your day might include:

  • Manual handling and hoist use
  • Epilepsy awareness
  • Medication administration
  • All mandatory and specialist training
  • Opportunities to gain diplomas and continued professional development

Some people we support do not use words to communicate, and some use wheelchairs. All training you need for this will be provided.
