Job Title: Support Worker Location: Enham Trust, Andover, Hampshire Salary: £13.06 per hour Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37.5 hours per week. Closing Date: 8th November 2026. About the role: As a Support Worker, you will support residents with their everyday lives, helping them develop independence, make choices, and take part in activities that are important to them. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing personalised support with personal care, wellbeing, and daily living activities while promoting dignity, privacy, and independence. Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs, preferences, and aspirations.
