Support Worker

We are looking to recruit -Support Workers who are passionate about providing top-notch healthcare in a residential setting. The positions are based in our modern, fully equipped nursing homes located in Gillingham, Kentwhich are dedicated to delivering high standards of care to our residents.

Details of the Role:

Contract type: Temporary, to cover shifts at short notice (at times)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional health care to residents.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance quality of life for residents.
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation.
