Working to empower people with a range of care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we are committed to helping our clients recognise their strengths, abilities and personal resources. Our supported living services in Clayton, Low Moor, Queensbury and Thornton provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, all who have unique support needs. To provide this care we require warm, motivated and person-centred Support Workers with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans. Full or part time hours available, including the option for sleep-ins.
