About the Service Trinity is 4 bed flats property. Individuals are between 39 years to 53 years of age and live in their own flats. They have been discharged from hospital to re-integrate in the community. Experience of working with Mental Health and Mild Challenging Behaviour. No personal care required. The Support Worker are required to lone work and willing to do Sleep ins.
