About the role At Eldermere, you ll be part of a close-knit, friendly team supporting six wonderful adults in their 60s to 80s. This is a warm, homely setting set within beautiful private grounds near St Peter s Hospital just a short, pleasant walk from town. Each person you ll support has their own unique personality, preferences and routines. Your role is to help them live life in a way that feels meaningful to them.
