This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, helping to establish consistent routines, strong relationships and positive support.This new home in Bricket Wood represents a significant investment in high-quality, purpose-built accommodation. The site includes specialist bungalows and flats designed to offer safe, secure and highly personalised homes, enabling people to thrive with the right support in place.This gentleman lives a very active lifestyle and thrives when his days are structured, busy and focused. He enjoys helping at a farm, visiting the pub to play snooker or pool, cycling, golf, boxing, tennis and attending a day centre. Sport plays a big part in his life, both watching and attending events and support staff regularly take part alongside him.Experience supporting people with behaviours of distress is essential for this role.
