This is role where you ll support people across different homes, providing consistency, flexibility, and continuity where it s needed most.As a Support Worker, your role is about far more than providing care. You ll work alongside people with learning disabilities to support them to live the life they choose. This might include helping someone develop daily living skills, supporting them with activities they enjoy, encouraging independence, or enabling them to be part of their local community.
