Support Worker- Days

Description Kalmia and Mallow is located in the town of Watton, Norfolk. It offers residential support for 13 males and females who are on the autism spectrum or have a learning disability, who may also have complex needs. We are located off the main road into Watton. Our team are dedicated to providing the people we care for with opportunities to enjoy a wide range of social and recreational activities. We want to encourage our residents to live as independently as possible so they can achieve the best possible outcomes. What you''ll be doing We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice. Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. You will play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their personal goals, supporting them in daily living, and empowering them to realise their potential.
