No two days are the same, and you''ll play a vital role in helping the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and active lives both at Oakhurst Lodge and within the local community.About the RoleWe are offering a 42-hour permanent contract, working 12-hour day shifts across a 7-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month.Shift patterns vary, with some starting as early as 7:00 am and others finishing at 10:00 pm.Oakhurst Lodge is an 8 placement specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may present with behaviours that challenge.
