You''ll work 42 hours a week days only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.  At Broughton Lodge, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.
