Support Worker

We are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare.

Position: Support Worker. MUST DRIVE.

Location: Leeds. LS10

Hours: Part time

Summary:

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a UK based homecare provider supporting clients with all clinical and non clinical care needs.

They are currently looking for dedicated, responsible and attentive Care and Support Workers in and around the Leeds area.

The client you will be supporting is a man, who has an acquired brain injury and needs someone bubbly, strong willed, easy going yet attentive, who can support him with daily living tasks. Your main duties are to promote his independance, encourage him to abstain from harmful substances and work with him to access the community.

Please note this client does have a small dog.

Shifts:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

10:30am-2:30pm

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

A full UK drivers license, business insurance or a willingness to obtain it, access to your own reliable vehicle

Right to work in the UK

Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check or provide one if on the update service

Willing to complete training
