Location: Sudbury
Salary: £12.50 - £14.30 per hour
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (Will include evenings, weekends, Bank holidays and nights).
  
Overview:
To work flexibly to enable adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and or complex health needs to access short breaks, participate in a range of activities and provide opportunities allowing them to achieve as normal and fulfilling a lifestyle as possible.
Ensuring Care plans and behavior management strategies are implemented consistently.
To be a part of Rota system which will include weekends, nights, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide a supportive service which meets the individual’s needs.
• To enable each person to participate in a wide range of activities during their stay, to include involvement with everyday domestic tasks such as cleaning, tidying, their own laundry and preparing meals.
• To work with the individual to help them develop practical and personal skills to help them realise their potential.
• Assist in the development of each individual and sensitively support their personal care needs and relationships.
