- Assist safe moving & handling procedures.
- Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
- Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
- Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records
- Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.
