Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to work within Residential Supported Living Services.
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for caring and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with autism in a homely and person-centred environment.
- Drivers are preferred, but public transport may be available from certain areas.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day support with personal care, daily routines, and life skills.
Encourage independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
- Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge.
- Filling in various documentation ensuring clear and concise information is documented appropriately
Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care.
A compassionate and patient approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
