Mental Health & Substance Support Worker (18+) - Ad Hoc Shifts
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a service supporting adults (18+) with mental health needs, substance use, and alcohol?related challenges. This role involves managing challenging behaviours, though no physical risk is expected.
Shift Patterns
- Day: 7:45am - 7:45pm
- Night: 7:45pm - 7:45am
Pay Rates
- Days: -12.60 per hour
- Nights: -13.00 per hour

- Supporting adults with mental health and substance misuse challenges
- Promoting independence and well being
- Managing and de?escalating challenging behaviours
- Maintaining accurate records and following service procedures
- Working as part of a supportive, professional team
