Support Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated-Support Worker-to join our team in Ballymena. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or elderly care requirements.

As a-Support Worker, you will assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, meal prep, and supporting individuals in accessing community services. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and able to promote independence and dignity.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS

• MAPA certification

• Availability for full-time hours

• Strong communication skills and a caring nature

Previous experience as a-Support Worker-and an NVQ in Health and Social Care are desirable but not essential.
