At Clover Care Group, we pride ourselves in providing specialist staff to support complex care packages for both children and adults with the best possible clinical pathways and care, which allows our clients to live the lives they want to lead.
The high standards of care delivery drive improvement, promote flexibility and encourage innovation in how people are cared for and supported in their home. All services and support organisations use these Standards as a guideline for how to achieve and surpass the highest quality person-centred care
Clover Care Group is currently looking for a support worker to work in a care package in Sudbury. The case involves a 5 year old girl requiring care in the family home, with a proposed 20 hour support package, exact usage to be discussed, but the timings are flexible. The child is not in school on Wednesdays, so additional hours would likely be allocated on that day. She has a diagnosis of dystonia, is PEG fed, and has cerebral palsy.
We offer market leading hour pay rates that are paid weekly.
We very much look forward to hearing from you
