Job Overview
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or complex needs, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans

Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) where required

Support individuals with daily living activities and community engagement

Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times

Administer medication in accordance with company policies (if trained)

Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports

Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns

Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
Requirements

Previous experience in a care or support role-

Must Have moving and handling practical
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)

Enhanced DBS check-
-
Right to work in the UK
