1Four1 Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants to work with a well-established care provider supporting adults in supported living services in the Horsham and surrounding areas.

This is a temporary opportunity ideal for experienced Support Workers, Care Assistants or Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to live as independently as possible. You will be working within a supportive care environment alongside an experienced care team providing day-to-day assistance to service users.

This role offers flexible temporary work with shifts available across days, nights and long days, supporting individuals within supported living settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Assist with personal care where required
• Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Work closely with the wider care team to deliver person-centred support
• Ensure a safe, respectful and supportive environment for service users

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant
• Experience supporting adults within supported living, residential care or similar care settings
• Comfortable supporting individuals with personal care where required
• Able to work days, nights or long day shifts
• Compassionate, reliable and patient approach to care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo one
• Right to work in the UK
