The Role: We are looking for a caring and motivated Support Worker to become part of our mental health support services. In this role, you will work alongside adults facing mental health challenges, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and maintain their emotional wellbeing. You will play a key part in fostering independence, supporting recovery, and creating a safe, encouraging environment. Main Duties: Deliver individualised support in line with personal support and recovery plansSupport individuals with everyday tasks while promoting autonomyEncourage participation in community activities and social opportunitiesObserve, record, and communicate any changes in mental or emotional wellbeingWork in partnership with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and familiesKeep clear and accurate records and adhere to organisational policies and standards About You: A strong interest in and commitment to supporting people with mental health needsEffective communication skills and a compassionate approachConfidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a teamA patient, respectful, and understanding attitude towards individual needsExperience in mental health or care settings is helpful but not required ..... full job details .....
