We provide person-centred care to enable people with a learning disability to enjoy active and fulfilled lives. You will support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community. Some of the people we support have health or behaviour support needs and will need your skilled support to maintain their health and wellbeing. You will be expected to use personalised communication approaches and to develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families. In most of our services you will undertake sleep-ins. You must be willing to cover various shift patterns (early and late shifts) depending on the needs of the people we support, across a 7-day rota.
