Support Worker

As a member of our team, you will support people with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives. In this role, you will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to lead meaningful lives, maintain their tenancies, engage in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals. Your efforts will maximize clients'' wellbeing and independence through continuous, tailored care.
