Support Worker

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate care and daily living support to service users in their homes or supported living environments.Support individuals with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation as required.Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing through meaningful engagement.Follow individual support plans and risk assessments accurately.Maintain accurate and timely records of all care delivered.Uphold safeguarding principles and report concerns in line with policy.Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in a professional and supportive manner.Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
