The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs Proactively manage challenging behaviours, including those linked to forensic backgrounds Promote independence using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach Help individuals develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment Flexible working options are available, including day shifts, night shifts, part-time, and bank hours.
