RTC Resources is recruiting on behalf of a specialist care provider in Birmingham. You will support individuals with complex needs, emotional regulation difficulties and behaviours that challenge, working within an enhanced staffing team that may include 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1 support. The role Build trusting relationships while promoting dignity, choice and independence. Follow individual care plans, risk assessments and behavioural support strategies. Identify early signs of distress and use positive, non-confrontational de-escalation. Assist with personal care, daily living, medication and meaningful activities as required. Record care delivery and incidents accurately, escalating concerns promptly. Follow least restrictive practice and participate in physical interventions only when authorised, necessary and within current training.
