Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a lady in her own home in Stowmarket. You will be working with a registered Nurse at all times so support is always available. The individual lives with Myotonic Atrophy (Myotonic Dystrophy) and requires support with tracheostomy care, ventilator support, suctioning, diabetes management, and complex health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver consistent, safe, and dignified care within a stable home environment, ensuring comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. This role operates on a rota basis (Monday to Sunday), with both day and night shifts available. Shifts are provided in advance and paid weekly.
