Support Worker - Complex Care

The service users have complex care needs, and experience in Suctioning, PEG feeding, airway management and Manual Handling will be needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Complex Care and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more. You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available on an ongoing basis, as well as continual professional development.
