Support Worker

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker with complex care experience to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to a gentleman with Parkinson''s disease. The position is available on a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our client, enabling him to live independently in his own home. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will also be required to accompany our client on outings and appointments, using your own vehicle to transport him safely and reliably. Required Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with complex care needs. You should be confident in your ability to provide high-quality care and support, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A full driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to use your own vehicle to transport our client.
