We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join a supported living service in Southend, supporting individuals with a range of needs to live as independently and fulfillingly as possible.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience or understanding of learning disabilities or autism who is passionate about person-centred care and ready to support them on a day to day basis

The Role

You''ll be offering supporting and guidance to the service users while ensuring they receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing person centred help to support with day to day tasks

About You

We''re looking for someone with:

• Some experience or knowledge of LD and Autism
• A kind nature, yet organised
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work varied hours when required
