      <description>Location: Bournemouth | Salary: &amp;pound;13.50 - &amp;pound;16/hour | Type: Permanent | CMS Clinical are looking for Support Workers to join our ever groiwing Team.  Providing direct, tailored support-to children, young people, adults and families facing complex social, emotional, or educational challenges.  Working under managment you will provide and-deliver an excellent service with a core focus on safeguarding,saftey and service.     Direct Support: -Working directly with children and young people to support their emotional, social, and educational development.    Family Support: -Helping families improve parenting skills, routines, and managing behavioural issues using a restorative approach.    Safeguarding: -Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, following child protection procedures, and reporting concerns.    Record Keeping: -Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case notes and records.    Experience: -Previous experience working with children, young people, or families in a social care, educational, or community setting - minimum 6-months experience.    Knowledge: -Understanding of child development, safeguarding legislation, and the needs of vulnerable children.
