The service users has complex care needs, and experience in Jejunostomy, Non-invasive ventilation-is essential and requires the support of two complex care workers on 12 hour day shifts. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
