You will work closely alongside the people you support, helping them cope with day to day life, achieve their goals and feel safe, secure and supported. The role includes providing practical, emotional and physical support and may include some personal care. The service also supports individuals who may have additional needs including alcohol and drug misuse, mild learning disabilities and ASD.
