We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Residential Support Workers for a children’s care home based in South Norwood
This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, structured and nurturing environment where you can genuinely make a positive impact on their lives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supporting young people with day-to-day activities
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and positive routines
• Building trusted relationships with children and young people
• Assisting with education, activities and appointments
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Supporting safeguarding and behaviour management procedures
Requirements:
• Experience working with children or young people preferred
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, patient and resilient nature
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
