Role: Children''s Support Worker

Your Role in Their Journey

• Create a nurturing environment for children facing mental health struggles, emotional trauma, or neurodivergent challenges.

• Put PACE model principles into action every shift to help children feel safe enough to open up and heal.

• Maintain clear handovers on "Clear Care" and manage your shift choices seamlessly on the Randstad Scheduler app.

What You Need to Apply

• Minimum 1 year of UK care experience working with children or young people. (Care workers with a UK background in adult complex behaviour are welcomed if skilled in trauma-informed care).

• A full UK driving license and reliable car.

• Existing Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).

• The ability to stay calm, patient, and compassionate when things get tough.

The Rewards

• -16.00 - -20.00/hr, paid weekly.
