Children''s Residential & Community Support Worker

We are hiring experienced Children''s Support Workers across South Wales, but particularly in and around the Abertillery area for ongoing residential care shifts and community support packages across Blaenau Gwent.

How you will help

• Guide young people through their daily lives, helping them build confidence, life skills, and emotional security.

• Use trauma-informed strategies to support children living with SEMH, autism, or childhood trauma.

• Accurately log care updates via "Clear Care" and set your own working availability through the Randstad Scheduler app.

What You''ll Need

• At least 1 year of UK-based experience in youth care, children''s residential settings, or complex packages. (UK adult complex care experience considered with evidence of therapeutic PACE framework knowledge).

• Full UK driving license with car access.

• Valid UK Right to Work (sponsorship is not available).

• Kindness, resilience, and a deep commitment to child safeguarding.
