The Support Worker will ensure that they provide care and support in a person-centred way and give the individuals the opportunity to maintain their independence and gain new skills.Longmoor Care is a Health and Social Care Company looking for, enthusiastic, compassionate and caring people to provide support to vulnerable young adults in a residential setting, supporting the individuals access the community. Shift Pattern: 3 shifts on / 3 off. 12hr each shift : DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE.
