Residential Support Worker 42 Hours per week Salary: £28,080.00 to £31,012.00 DOE Are you looking to make a real difference to the lives of others? Brook View School are expanding and set to open a new home.

All we need now is you! We are looking for staff with a range of experience and backgrounds to come and make this house a home ready for the Children and Young People to move into.

We do require staff who hold a full UK driving license for this role.

You don’t need any special qualifications for this role, but you do need to share our passion to help children be the very best they can be.

And you’ll also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and, just like our residents, you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support.

At Brook View, we recognise that work life balance is important.

Our full-time staff work 40 hours a week on a rota basis, covering a mixture of earlies and lates (with Sleep Ins).

Cambian Brook View School offers Education, Care and Clinical support for children and young people aged 8 to 18 years, who come to us on a full time, residential basis from across the country, with a range of Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs.
