We are recruiting Support Workers to join our service in Basildon, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Service - Ashview Ashview House is a 11 bed residential service providing support for Adults with Learning Disability, Physical disability, Epilepsy and Adults on the Spectrum. Person centred care is very important to us at Ashview House. As a team, we focus on the abilities of the people we support and promote learning of new skills, thereby promoting independence and an improved quality of life. We have an open culture where staff feel safe to challenge bad practise, learn from mistakes, share knowledge and lessons learnt. The people we support are involved in the day-to-day running of their home.
