About the Service - Smithfields Smithfields is a supported living service which provides care and support for people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder who enjoy a wide range of hobbies from Bowling and Swimming to Dance and Music.,There is easy access to public transport and it is close to local shops.
