Support Worker / Carer Location: Tamworth Salary: £13.51 per hour Hours: Part time (21 hours per week) Contract: Permanent following successful completion of an initial trial period About the Role Standon Gardens Extra Care is looking for caring, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our dedicated Support Worker / Carer team. In this rewarding role, you will primarily support people who live in their own apartments on site, providing personalised care and assistance while promoting independence, dignity and choice. One of the benefits of this role is having one place of work for your entire shift, meaning there is no travelling between clients. Standon is a forward-thinking and innovative local care provider, supporting people both in their own homes and in residential care. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment, enabling the people we support to live as independently as possible while respecting their individual wishes. The role offers a varied working pattern, so you will need to be able to work a range of shifts, with some starting as early as 7:00am and others finishing as late as 10:00pm.
