• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
