No prior care experience is necessary, as full training is provided, and NVQ will be offered upon passing probation.Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing some challenging behaviors.Our residents require care 24/7, so weekend work is necessary, but responsibilities are shared to provide free weekends.
