Support Worker
This role involves supporting adults aged 18+ with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge within a specialist community-based service in Weston-super-Mare. You will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion, helping individuals achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently and managing lone-working responsibilities, with previous experience supporting individuals within the community. Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience supporting people with complex needs, disabilities, and challenging behaviour. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
The position offers -13.75 per hour, plus -60 per sleep-in shift,
