Support WorkerLocation: Coventry Pay: 12.71 per hour A well?established homelessness support service based in Coventry is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join its frontline drop?in team. The service supports people who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, providing immediate practical support and access to longer?term accommodation and specialist services.About the RoleYou will work within a busy, multi?agency drop?in environment, delivering day?to?day support to vulnerable adults. This is a varied, hands?on, and people?focused role, supporting individuals with complex needs to access safety, stability, and longer?term support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a welcoming, non?judgemental drop?in serviceOffer hot drinks, food, and clothing to people who are rough sleepingSupport individuals with housing advice and referrals to supported accommodationWork closely with partner agencies including mental health, substance misuse, outreach, and policing servicesAssist with benefits, form filling, and access to ITMaintain clear and accurate recordsFollow safeguarding, health and safety, and professional boundaries at all timesWorking HoursThe service operates 7 days a week, and shifts vary depending on service needs:7:00am - 7:00pm9:00am - 4:00pm (weekdays)7:00am - 4:00pm (Saturdays)10:00am - 7:00pm (Saturdays and Sundays)Flexibility to work weekends is essential.About YouExperience working with homelessness, housing, or vulnerable adults is desirableAble ..... full job details .....
