Support Worker - Bournemouth 13.00 - 13.50 per hour 30-40 Hours per Week We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker in Bournemouth to support individuals with their daily living needs, promote independence, and enhance wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and day-to-day support Administering medication Supporting appointments and social activities Promoting independence and positive outcomes Driving the home''s minibus as required Requirements: Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous care experience preferred Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach Strong communication skills Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional nights Pay: 13.00 - 13.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
