      <description>Location: Weston-super-mare | Salary: 13.75-13.75 Hourly | Type: Permanent | This role involves supporting adults aged 18+ with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge within a specialist community-based service in Weston-super-Mare. You will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion, helping individuals achieve their personal goals and lead fulfilling lives. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and managing lone-working responsibilities, with previous experience supporting individuals within the community. Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and have experience supporting people with complex needs, disabilities, and challenging behaviour.
