This is a rewarding opportunity to support an individual with a brain injury to maximise their independence, access their local community, pursue personal interests, and achieve their goals. We are seeking someone who can build a positive, professional relationship and provide consistent, person-centred support. The Role You will support the individual both at home and within the community, helping to promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
