Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Bristol Royal Infirmary and community work ( Monday - 10am - 6pm Community based Tuesday - Friday - 12pm - 8pm Hospital based - Bristol Royal Infirmary)
Salary: £24,479 per annum pro-rata (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: 21 per week
Contract: Permanent
Driving: Full UK manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
