Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: Bedford, with travel around the community
Salary: £24,479 per annum (£13.45 per hour)
Hours: 35 per week (job sharing / part time flexible hours possibility)
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027
